Welcome to Botesdale Health Centre
The aim of our committed team is to provide the very highest quality medical care to our patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. We aim to achieve this through continual development in training and education both individually and as a team.
The Practice is led by our four Partners: Dr Cooke, Dr Donald, Dr Bate & Dr Fennelow
“All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (i.e. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS Services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in Botesdale Health Centre in the last financial year was £57,281 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 full time GPs, 6 part time GPs and 1 part time locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.”

The NHS Friends and Family Test
NHS Midlands and East want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering feedback, so we can continually review our service. It is based on one simple question:
"How likely are you to recommend our GP Practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience - what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you're helping us to make changed that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
There are two different ways of you giving us this feedback - either you can come into surgery and complete one of the feedback cards located on the Reception desk or you can complete the feedback form online by clicking here.
Have you any experience of local palliative care services?
If so, the West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is keen to gain your opinion and feedback. This could be in the form of a group discussion or a telephone interview. If you are interested in taking part please click here for more information.

The Health and Social Care Act 2012 has empowered the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) to require providers of NHS care to send confidential data to them when requested. It is now expected that this will be required in Autumn 2014 and to find further information please click here.
