PRACTICE TEAM
Our practice team consists of Practice Manager, Office Manager, Pharmacist, 6 Dispensers, 2 Medical secretaries, 2 Administration Assistants, 6 Receptionists, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 Phlebotomists and 1 Health Care Assistant.
RECEPTIONISTS
Our receptionists try to keep both the patients and the doctors happy. It is a difficult job, so try and be a patient patient!
PRACTICE NURSES
Can be seen by appointment for dressings; injections; ear syringing; hearing tests; baby immunisation; foreign travel immunisations; family planning; cervical smears; removal of sutures; disease management; and health promotion.
HEALTH VISITORS
The Health Visitors can be contacted at the Health Centre on 01379 898 853 or when unmanned, by fax or voice mail, on the same number.
COMMUNITY NURSES
The Nurses look after patients who are housebound and need nursing care. This is arranged directly or through the doctors but messages for them can be left on 01379 898 853.
MIDWIFE
We have a midwifery group attached to the practice. These specialist nurses look after our ante-natal patients and undertake visits to mothers and babies after delivery.
