DISPENSARY
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
We are a dispensing practice which means that we are able to dispense drugs for those patients who live more than a mile from the nearest chemist. When ordering drugs, please allow two working days (not counting weekends and bank holidays) before collection.
The dispensary is open between 8.30am - 6.15pm (Monday - Friday)
All items must be paid for on collection either by cash or cheque (with card). We are not able to release any items without receiving full payment, and the back of the prescription form filled in correctly.
If you are exempt from payment, or collecting drugs for someone else who is exempt please ensure that you aware of which category (you or they) come under, and can present proof of exemption when collecting.
Our direct dispensary line (01379 890 616) is available:
Monday 9.00am - 12.00pm and 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Tuesday - Friday 9.00am - 12.00pm.
Please use our Online repeat prescription order facility and fill out the form to order your prescription. Please be sure to include your email address correctly on the form.
If you would like a printout of your repeat prescriptions so you can see exactly what is prescribed please call in at the Health Centre and ask at the dispensary.
