We are aware of the rising demand for a shelter for patients waiting in the dispensary queue. We have been sourcing this in recent months and progress is underway. The Friends of Botesdale Health Centre have kindly agreed to purchase the shelter and we are awaiting installation.
Infection control measures remain in place, as COVID is still circulating. Due to the risk of infection and the current temporary reduction in size of the waiting room, because of building work, we need to maintain the reduced number of patients in the waiting room.
